Mhm, I believe there is a tiny mistake in the title. Where ?? You see, Alucard is REALLY rarely fighting, most of the time he is simply massacring his opponents :-] Just like those poor unaware cops.
It's a really nice picture although...

Hrrmm how to put it. You see when I look at his face it's... not looking like Alucard. I'm not a specialist on drawing but his face in manga looks much softer... more elegant. He always squints, only when he is in "psycho-mode" he has such wide eyes but then they are accompanied by sharp teeth and his pupils are much larger and... well psychopathic. I didn't saw any other Alucard's arts in your gallery, so you probably draw him for the first time. Sorry for getting at you like this
Mhm second thing my evil self wanted to grumble about are his guns. All other guns on the picture looks really nice and 3dish, while Casull and Jackal looks kinda... 2dish, I believe that adding some more details to them would make them look much better.
Nevertheless picture looks really nice.
As I already said guns of those cops looks really nice, detailed and nicely shaded. Not to mention cops themselves. It's kinda a pity that they are nothing more then a cannon fodder.
Another thing I really like is Alucard's coat, a very nice piece of clothing although... I believe that the right side should be A bit longer, cause right now it looks more like a jacket then a coat. As we go down this alley, whole Alucard's outfit looks really nice, dark and elegant.

Is that cartridge Alucard is holding in between his teeth, is it the one that popped out of Jackall when he fired at that cop in front of him ?? Or maybe it's an enemy bullet he caught in his teeth ??
It may sound... strange but I really like how you showed that guy's head exploding and Alucard's arms being shoot off. It's a pity that you couldn't add more blood (yeah I know I sound like a maniac right now :-]) A tiny detail... I don't really think that Alucard would his gun go after his arm being shoot off like he did with Casull.
And the last but not least, those bullets on the top of the picture, a really nice addition (although... I believe they should be a bit thinner in the front, now they look more like cylinders) and those letters engraved on the back of the bullet, Cool :-]
